FAQ

Q:  Are Bachelorette parties welcome?

A:  Does a bear poop in the woods?  YES!  Just stick to our 'no puking' rule, and we should be fine.  We want to have fun, but don't be that obnoxious, all-about-me group.  Remember, other people will be on the tour. 

Q:  Are your tours just for women?

A:  No. Our tours are for EVERYBODY! 

Q: Do you have to have a reservation?

A: Yes. We require a reservation in order to keep the number of attendees at a reasonable and manageable number. Sorry, but walk-ups are not guaranteed.  If we are completely booked on a tour, we can put you on our stand-by list, but seats are not guaranteed.

Q: How do you pay?

A: Normally, you could either pre-pay via website or pay with cash at the time of the tour.  But now to Covid, all payments are cash only at the time of the tour due to the unpredictable nature of the city's openings/closings.

Q:  Is the website secure?

A:  Yes!  We have firewalls for the website itself, the form used for the reservation, and Stripe which obtains your credit card information.  We have three separate forms of security set up for your protection.

Q: What is this tour about?

A: The Pub Crawl is a 2-1/2 - 3 hour (sometimes longer) WALKING tour/pub crawl combination. You will see sights, learn some history, and visit at least 4-5 honky tonks and pubs, which will have feature fabulous MUSIC. 

Q: When are the tours?

A: Pub Crawls are Sunday at 5:30pm and Fridays & Saturdays at 2pm and 5:30pm. 

Q:  What makes us different?

A:  We are Nashville's ORIGINAL Pub Crawl.  We were the first.  Also, our tour guides know quite a bit about Nashville, because they are actually from Nashville! Talk about a rarity! You will also get discounts and freebies to various bars and restaurants in Nashville, as well as Uber and Lyft.

Q:  Why do this tour instead of another sightseeing tour?

A:  Our guides are not only knowledgeable, but their are a heck of a lot of FUN! They aren't just tour guides, but actual singers and comedians. They know how to ENTERTAIN.With our tours, you get 2 attractions for the price of 1. Our pub crawl doesn't just take you to bars; you get a walking tour and laughs, too.

Q:  Do you have a minimum number of participants for each tour?

A:  Yes!  The more, the merrier!  To ensure that you have the best possible time in Music City, we require at least 7 spots reserved for the pub crawl.  If these minimum requirements are not met, you will receive a text message/email several hours before the tour time. 

Q:  How often are tours cancelled?

A:  Rarely do we have to cancel a tour, but at times, we must.  This is a small company, and we have one tour guide, so there is no backup guide, because she wants you to have the BEST!  Also, we may cancel if the weather poses a danger (ice, lightning, tornadoes, etc.).  If the required minimums are not met, we will have to cancel due to operational cost and FUN-FACTOR! 

Q: What makes taking the Pub Crawl better than me just going to Honky Tonks on my own?

A:  Firstly, we are the only sightseeing tour company that actively gives back to the community by donating a portion of the proceeds to local charities.  Secondly, the tour practically pays for itself if you utilize the discounts at some of the bars plus the restaurant coupons you will receive.  Thirdly, we take you to some of the bars off the beaten path that you may not have stumbled upon on your own.  

Q:  What if we can't stay the entire 3-hours for the Pub Crawl?

A:  The tour is approximately 3-hours, but don't let that scare you.  It goes quickly.  But if you need to leave early, you are welcome to.  Just make sure you let the tour guide know so they won't be looking for you.

Q:  What if it rains?

A:  Bring an umbrella.  We will cancel if the weather poses a danger (i.e. lightning, tornadoes, ice, snow, etc.).

Q:  Where is the bus?

A:  There is no bus for the Pub Crawl as it is a walking tour.  Who ever heard of crawling on a bus?!

Q:  Do you offer private tours?

A:  Due to the demand for the pub crawl, private tours are offered on a limited basis.  If you are interested in a private or corporate tour, we offer them on dates/times that are not in conflict with our regular schedule.  For a private tour, we could offer a private tour for $500 for up to 20 people ($25 for each additional person).
