How to Make Reservations

Please fully complete the form below to request a reservation.  
Please check the SCHEDULE tab to make sure we have openings for you requested date.    

You will receive an email containing important information about your reservation within 72-hours.  (***If you have not received an email, please check your Spam folder.***)  

***You may pay for tickets at the time of the tour.***  You may request to pay in advance with a credit card.  At the time of the tour, you my pay in CASH ONLY.  

Cancellations

If you must cancel your reservation, you must do so within 24-hours of your reserved date. Parties of 8 or more must cancel within 7-days of their reservation. You may cancel by email at info@hickchicktours.com.  If you have not cancelled within that time, your card will be charged for the full amount.  Please note that if you choose to prepay, all tickets purchases are final.  Tickets are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled to a later date.

We ask that patrons arrive 15-minutes before tour time. If you do not arrive at the scheduled start time, we assume you are a NO-SHOW, and you will be charged as such.  If you have less members in your party show up and do not inform us of the change in number within at least 24-hours of the tour, you will be charged for the total number reserved.

"We never received an email confirmation."  Yes, you did.  It is either in your spam mail or you did not put in the email correctly on the form, because we cut and paste what you enter.  If you no-show without 24-hours notice, YOU WILL BE CHARGED! 

Did you check the SCHEDULE tab to make sure your preferred date/tour was available? 

If you signed up for the Pub Crawl, it is a WALKING tour (no bus).

If you do not pay in advance with a credit card, you can only pay with CASH at the time of the tour (no credit cards).
