How to Make Reservations

MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE HTTPS SITE. (make sure it's https, and not just http.)
Please fully complete the form below to request a reservation.  
Please check the SCHEDULE tab to make sure we have openings for you requested date.    

***You may pay for tickets at the time of the tour.***  At the time of the tour, you may pay in CASH ONLY.  You may request to pay in advance with a credit card.  If you do so, your tickets are not refundable.   

Cancellations

If you must cancel your reservation, you must do so within 24-hours of your reserved date. Parties of 8 or more must cancel within 7-days of their reservation. You may cancel by email at info@hickchicktours.com.  If you have not cancelled within that time, your card will be charged for the full amount.  Please note that if you choose to prepay, all tickets purchases are final.  Tickets are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled to a later date.

We ask that patrons arrive 15-minutes before tour time. If you do not arrive at the scheduled start time, we assume you are a NO-SHOW, and you will be charged as such.  If you have less members in your party show up and do not inform us of the change in number within at least 24-hours of the tour, you will be charged for the total number reserved.

If you no-show without 24-hours notice, YOU WILL BE CHARGED! The location of where we meet and when is on this website, so you are still responsible for showing up!

If you signed up for the Pub Crawl, it is a WALKING tour (no bus).

If you have trouble with the form, you can email request your reservation to info@hickchicktours.com with your name, the number in your party, tour date and time, and a contact cell phone number.
